CKNX Celebrates 90 Years

2016 marks the 90th Anniversary of CKNX AM920 Radio. Almost by accident, "Doc" Cruickshank stumbled into a career that made him a legend in western Ontario and in the Canadian broadcasting industry. Lewis Flowers Celebrates 80 Years

When many small businesses find it difficult to get past one or two years successfully, Lewis Flowers is celebrating a remarkable milestone. Lewis Flowers, at 135 Frances St. in Wingham, is celebrating 80 years in business this May. Wingham BIA Annual General Meeting Recap

The Wingham BIA held their Annual General Meeting on February 25th at the Knights of Columbus lounge. Chairman Lisa Hearnden reported on the BIA’s activities and accomplishments in 2015. Treasurer Jason Schiestel presented the 2015 financial statements and the proposed budget for 2016. North Huron Economic Development Officer Connie Goodall reported on activities and opportunities for North Huron. Town Hall Theatre Fundraiser
