The Wingham BIA Board will meet Thursday, Oct. 20 at 6:30 p.m. in the Hot Stove Lounge of the Complex. These meetings are open and guests have up to 2 minutes to speak to any topic on the agenda. The agenda can be viewed/downloaded at
