BIA Bucks – Business Owner Instructions

These instructions are for BIA Member Businesses.

Treat BIA Bucks the same as you would payments in cash. The only difference is that you don’t give the customer change back on BIA Bucks. The customer’s purchase must match or exceed the value of BIA Bucks being used for payment.

To redeem BIA Bucks:

1. Sign the front of the BIA Bucks above “Business Owner Signature”.
2. Bring the BIA Bucks to the Libro Credit Union in Wingham.
3. The teller will complete a BIA Bucks Redemption form, attach the BIA Bucks to the form, and scan and email it to the BIA Treasurer.
4. The BIA Treasurer will reimburse you the value of the BIA Bucks by eTransfer or cheque.
